In 2010 Essen and the RUHR Area are European Capital of Culture.
TWINS 2010 is a programme in the course of the Capital of Culture that is up to reactivate the activitiey of TWIN-CITIES in Europe.
“Hangingaround” will be continued in the course of TWINS 2010 and is continually looking for interesting pictures concerning the motif “hangingaround”.

Still there have been some changes:

1. “Hangingaround - Section 2010″: Untill 2010 we are especially looking for pictures that have been taken in the RUHR Areas European TWIN towns. Where they are? have a look here:Die TWINS Städte
2. “Hanging out inside”: From now on, we are also looking for fotos that represent the hanging around inside. Inside in private livingrooms or kitchens or inside public builings.
3. “Hanging around in motion”: Apart from fotos we are also looking for VIDEOS taken in European cities.
